Pricing
We're a virtual tech which means we sit on a video call with you and you are our hands. We will guide you through what needs to be seen or done
Initial Zoom Call and Diagnosis(One hour minimum): $300
- Get on zoom call and look over machine
- Identify any issues or problems
- Diagnose any issues
Each Additional Hour after Initial Hour: $100
Follow Up Zoom Call for Part Installation (if needed) (One hour minimum): $250
Each Additional Hour after Initial Hour: $75

The tools you will need to work on your machine are:
- Metric wrench set (mainly 14mm, 17mm, 20mm) but a whole kit from 6-20 would be useful at some point
- Metric Allen T Handle key set
- Adjustable wrench
- Flat head screwdriver
- Channellock pliers (just in case)
- Ice pick set (for getting out group gaskets)
Don't have this equipment? No worries as we can offer you a package of all of this for an additional $200 and we'll ship it to you. These would be yours to keep of course
